All of our products are available online, along with simple customisations. You can send us your artwork, and pay securely online when you place your order.
Once you’ve approved our artwork proof, we’ll process your order immediately. To help you, we’ve included the average lead time in each product description. Note: some items can be despatched faster thanks to our express service.
We are happy to guide you through the options available to you by phone. Feel free to browse the website, and call us to ask any questions. We can process the order and take payment over the phone.

You can email the order to us using the online order form. We'll call you to arrange payment and let you know when to expect delivery.
Once you’ve chosen the product(s) you’d like printed with your design, you need to choose the product colour, quantity and service (if express service is available for your product)
Note: Many products can be printed in more than one colour. Please contact us for details, as currently only products printed with one colour to one position can be ordered online.
You can then choose whether to order plain stock with no printing, upload your artwork or simply add text. We can help you create simple text artwork for free, or more complicated artwork (e.g. redrawing current logos) at a reasonable cost.
Follow the instructions, 'Add to Cart’ and complete check out.
Once you have completed check out you will receive an order confirmation and we will be in touch via email asking you to check all the printing details, for your artwork approval and we will confirm your despatch date.

If you’re an account holder, please order by e-mail, telephone or our online form.
Artwork should be created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as an EPS file with all text/fonts converted to outlines.
If you don’t have your artwork available as an EPS file, send us what you have and we’ll see what we can do. For a reasonable cost we may be able to create it for you.
