Terms & Conditions


PRICES
All prices shall be as per the Sellers’ price list at the date of despatch, and all prices are exclusive of VAT. All prices are subject to increase without notice owing to circumstances beyond the Sellers’ control. 

ORIGINATION
All blocks, dyes and screens required for printing a specific order will incur additional costs unless otherwise agreed to in writing. 

ARTWORK
All artwork, including reductions, enlargements and touching up for a specific order will incur additional costs unless otherwise agreed in writing. The minimum artwork charge is £18.00. Any changes to artwork requested after the preliminary artwork is agreed may incur an additional charge.


QUANTITIES
Printed goods may be subject to 15% over- or under-run and will be charged pro-rata. 

LIABILITY
(A) The Purchaser shall be responsible for the goods being suitable for the purpose they are intended for. The Sellers give no warranty, condition or representation as to the fitness of any goods for a particular purpose.
(B) While every effort is made to deliver on time, there is no liability for delays due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
(C) Any liability of the Sellers to the Purchaser shall be limited to the total price of the goods.
(D) In the event of incorrect or faulty goods being supplied, credit will only be given if the total consignment is returned. 

CARRIAGE
(A) All prices are exclusive of carriage charges. 
(B) Unless otherwise requested, goods will be despatched on a standard before 5.30pm next-day delivery. A surcharge will apply for timed deliveries.
(C) Due to the difficulty in tracing lost parcels, orders cannot be despatched by post
(D) In the event of non-delivery due to the Purchaser either giving an incorrect or incomplete address, or not being available during normal office hours (9.00am - 5.30pm) to accept delivery, a charge of £5.00 will be made for each delivery attempt.
(E) After two failed attempts at delivery, the Purchaser may be required to arrange collection of the goods from the Sellers’ offices.
(F) The Sellers accept no responsibility for any delays during transit.
(G) For larger quantities delivery may be made by pallet to kerb side and any special requests such as delivery to upper floors must be agreed before despatch.

SAMPLES
(A) Samples sent on approval will be charged for unless returned in good condition in the time specified.
(B) The Sellers accept no responsibility for any difference between samples and finished goods. 

TERMS OF PAYMENT
(A) Payment is due on receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Any amount not paid on the due date without prejudice to any other rights of the Sellers shall accrue interest at an annual rate of 5% above Barclays Bank PLC's base lending rate. Such interest shall accrue daily and run after as well as before any Judgement. The Purchaser shall also reimburse all costs and expenses (including any legal costs, bank charges, enquiry agents fees and any expense incurred by the Sellers) to the Sellers on an indemnity basis providing the same are reasonable. The goods remain the property of the Sellers until payment is received in cleared funds.
(B) If goods cannot be delivered due to the Purchaser either giving an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or not being available to accept delivery of goods at the delivery address given, the Sellers invoice for the goods shall be paid on the due date without delay. 

CLAIMS AND ACCEPTANCE
(A) The Purchaser shall inspect all goods immediately upon delivery and shall notify the Sellers of any reason the goods are not in accordance with the contract within seven (7) days from delivery. If the Purchaser fails to give such notice within the given time period it shall be determined that the goods are in accordance with the contract and that the Purchaser has accepted them. The Purchaser shall have no right to reject the goods, but shall be bound to pay for the same accordingly.
(B) Non-delivery by any carrier must be notified to the Sellers in writing within 14 days.
(C) Goods are only returnable with the expressed written agreement of the Sellers. Goods returned without prior written agreement will not be accepted.
(D) The Purchaser shall be responsible for inspecting and ensuring goods are in accordance with the contract, even if delivery is made to a third party. Distribution or overprinting of the goods will deem to be acceptable by the Purchaser that the goods conform to the contract. 

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be notified to the Sellers in writing. If the order is cancelled after approving our order acknowledgement and artwork proof, charges will be made for all work done or materials bought. In addition there will be an administration fee of £20.00 per order. Once the items have been imprinted with a logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. 

REFUND POLICY
Purchasers may cancel their order at any time prior to approving the Sellers’ order acknowledgement and artwork proof and receive a full refund. Once the Purchaser’s approval has been received, refunds are at the discretion of the Sellers. 

PRINTING
(A)
 Unless otherwise specified, printing colour, size and position will be at the Sellers’ discretion, even on repeat orders.
(B) Artwork proofs must be approved in writing in order for us to proceed to printing. Any delay will affect the despatch date. Verbal approval will not be accepted.
(C) Where Pantone colour matches are requested, a 100% match cannot be guaranteed and there may be up to 5% difference.
(D) Inks used in printing on metallic surfaces have a very limited life. The Purchaser is advised to request a varnish overprinting for these finishes.
(E) Printing on biodegradable materials does not adhere well and has a limited life. The Sellers accept no responsibility for printing on these types of goods.
(F) The Sellers reserve the right to use the Purchaser's logo or advertisement in their brochures unless otherwise instructed in writing. 

REPEAT ORDERS
The onus is on the Purchaser to ensure the Sellers have all the correct details from the previous order. 
The Sellers are unable to guarantee exact product colour matches to previous orders as the base colour of each material batch may vary. 

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
The Sellers reserve the right to alter design, material and product specification of any product without notice. 

PRICE GUARANTEE
If the Purchaser receives a quotation from any of the Sellers’ UK competitors with a lower price on exactly the same product and printing, the Sellers will match or better it.
